All sales are final

Chandeliers are fragile, hand-assembled and often made to order. Once an order is dispatched it is strictly non-returnable, non-refundable and non-replaceable. Please review dimensions, finish and ceiling height carefully before purchasing, and write to us if you need help choosing.

Multi-point quality checks before dispatch

• Every crystal, arm and prism is inspected and counted against the design sheet.
• The piece is fully illuminated and tested at multiple points for wiring, holders and flicker.
• Finish, plating and hardware are checked and photographed before packing.

Transit packing

• Foam cradles and moulded inserts around each arm and crystal strand.
• Wooden crate protection for large and heavy chandeliers.
• Complimentary spare crystals and pins in every box, so a rare transit chip can be fixed at home.
• Fully insured shipping across India.

Cancellation window

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of payment, provided the order has not yet been packed or dispatched. Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. After this window, or once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Damage on arrival

In the rare case of visible crate damage, refuse the delivery or record an unboxing video and contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours. Insured transit claims are handled case by case at our discretion; this does not create a right to return or refund.
