Orders and pricing

Product prices shown on the storefront are exclusive of tax. 18% GST is added at checkout and shown as CGST + SGST for deliveries within Uttar Pradesh, or IGST for other states. A GST invoice is generated for every paid order.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never store your card or banking details. An order is confirmed only after the payment signature is verified on our servers.

Final sale

Chandeliers are fragile and hand-assembled. Once dispatched, goods are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable and non-replaceable. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the 2-hour pre-dispatch cancellation window.

Delivery

Insured dispatch across India, typically 4–7 business days after packing depending on the pincode. Tracking details are shared on the Track Order page and in your account.

Installation and warranty

Installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and excludes damage from incorrect installation, voltage fluctuation or mishandling.
